    Muy decepcionante por falta de mantenimiento

    Ubicación.

    ​La casa es espaciosa, pero está antigua y necesita con urgencia una reforma integral y mejoras generales. ​Los baños están viejos y con muebles en mal estado y ni siquiera cuentan con percheros o colgadores básicos para las toallas o la ropa. ​Los colchones están viejos y deformados (tienen un undimiento en el centro que te impide moverte), por lo que todos terminamos con dolor de espalda. Además, las camas individuales hacían muchísimo ruido con solo cambiar de postura. La puerta de una de las habitaciones rozaba contra el suelo y no cerraba bien. En esa misma habitación, la persiana estaba rota y no se podía subir. ​Limpieza bastante deficiente y mejorable en general. ​Conclusión: El precio es totalmente excesivo para el mal estado y las deficientes condiciones en las que se encuentra el apartamento.

    It was a lovely old apartment with a lot of space, functioned well for us and was a good base to work from during our stay in Bilbao

    If it were possible to have air conditioning, that would have been a plus, the nights were very warm, but all the kids slept well

    L’emplacement de l’appartement est top pour visiter Bilbao à pied. Le quartier est agréable avec plein de commodités. L’appartement est spacieux, confortable et bien équipé.

    Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de torchons de cuisine mis à disposition. Le lit d’une des chambres est à revoir. Pas facile de se garer dans le coin.
