    Needs some improving if you are planning to spend time in the apartment

    The apartment was in a walkable location in Bormio with the most beautiful view of the mountains. It was clean, spacious and the showers were strong and hot.

    We were 6 adults on a cycling weekend and we found that the apartment was seriously lacking in a number of areas. We were only given 1 garbage bag, 2 dishwasher tabs and 1 tee-towel which is really not enough in order to keep the apartment tidy with 6 people. The apartment could also do with better quality kitchen utensils for cooking. There were no added ‘nice to haves’ like coffee or salt - so you must bring everything with you if you are planning to cook. There was only 1 pillow per person and they were as flat as a pancake.

    Business travelers — be aware!!

    Great place and a good deal for regular travelers.

    Property agreed to my invoice requirements before booking, but after the stay I received incorrect invoices. They then ignored communication for almost two weeks, and even with Booking support involved, the issue is still unresolved. Very unprofessional.

    Everything was great. Had eveything we needed for a week stay. Very close to town center and had parking yet very quiet.

    Nice stay, agency very responsive and friendly

    Good location, decent size, the agency were responsive, friendly, and helpful. Enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

    A very small thing: would have loved a toaster. Also it was cold until they turned up the thermostat, but then it was fine!
