It was awesome and staffs were so polite and helpful.
The breakfast buffet was awesome. And the pools were amazing. I loved the lagoon pool as well. The private beach they have is very neat and tidy. They also provide the shade. They also had peacocks which were good to see. They have currency exchange counter in the reception where they provide exchange rates given by the national banks, great exchange rate and no hidden charges.
The rooms were not as large as I thought it to be. And they only provide 2 bottles of water per night which seems quite insufficient. We stayed for 3 days and they didn't refill our fruit basket everyday but gave the fruit basket only once when we checked in.

優雅なビーチ＆プールバケーション
プール付きヴィラに泊まりたくて予約しましたが、 お部屋がグレードアップされて、海側のお部屋になり、プライベートのプールから海が見え、海岸にそのまま出られる環境が素晴らしかったです。 毎朝、自分達のお部屋のプールサイドから、昇る朝日を見られて幸せでした。

Poor value for money
Khách sạn rộng rãi, thiết kế ấm cúng, phù hợp với gia đình.
Với tiêu chuẩn 5 sao và mức giá phòng cao như hiện tại của Furama thì cá nhân mình thấy F&B chưa OK. Các món ăn không xứng đáng với mức giá của nó. Mình có trải nghiệm không tốt khi đến checkin tại khách sạn với các bạn bellboy và 1 bạn nữ FO ngay tại sảnh Furama Resort, bị mất thiện cảm ngay từ khoảnh khắc đầu tiên và chắc chắn sẽ không quay trở lại.
