    Close walk to china town and havelock station. The kids loved it.

    The property was well priced and family friendly. The joining rooms were great for a young family. The pool was safe and easy to access.

    Perhaps needs an upgrade in some areas. I had paid for and organised a third bed for my third child and despite arriving at 8pm I had to remind them and wait for the bed to be set up. The breakfast staff were quite grumpy. The check in and out is slow with slow technology and old resources.

    Not living up to its star rating

    The location

    Dated. No bidet. Iron and ironing board had to be personally collected from a kind of store room near the lifts. To use the shower I had to continue to press on button on the tap.

    Was a lot better when I stayed many times in the past before 2020

    The location is good and Robertson quay is nice.

    The service at the hotel is not what it used to be, there are less staff members around to ask questions and having to scan QR codes to order drinks is annoying. The room was only made up once the whole time I stayed which was disappointing.

    Used this hotel (complex) as a base for the F1, perfect location for the MRT, pool was lovely to chill by. We had a courtyard room which led directly onto the pool which we really loved. Staff were super friendly, extended a late check out to 6pm, fantastic.

    Lifts were annoying, set of stairs would be great for lower levels.
