Cozy, relaxing and enjoyable stay!
We had a wonderful three-night stay in Furano. The accommodation was cozy, spotlessly clean, and very quiet—the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a relaxing holiday in Hokkaido. Our host, Tim, was warm and helpful, providing valuable tips on exploring the area and recommending some excellent local restaurants and cafés that we thoroughly enjoyed. His thoughtful suggestions made our visit even more memorable. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would happily stay here again on our next trip to Furano.

I would highly recommend Furano Lofts & Chalet, especially because of the truly exceptional service and hospitality we received from the staff. Throughout our stay, they were incredibly kind, helpful and attentive. What really stood out was the help they gave us when we had an unexpected issue involving a scratch to our rental car. Being visitors in Japan and unsure of how to handle the situation, we were naturally worried and stressed. The staff went out of their way to assist us, patiently helping us through the situation and making what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier to manage. We were deeply touched by their willingness to help. It went far beyond what we would normally expect from accommodation staff, and we felt genuinely supported and cared for at a time when we really needed assistance. Their warmth and hospitality felt sincere and personal, not simply part of their job. It is rare to come across people who leave such a lasting impression on you while travelling. A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful team at Furano Lofts & Chalet for all your help, patience and kindness. We are truly grateful for everything you did for us, and your hospitality will always be one of the things we remember most fondly about our time in Furano. I would wholeheartedly recommend Furano Lofts & Chalet to other travellers. You can stay here knowing that you will be welcomed by people who genuinely care about their guests. If we return to Furano in the future, we would be very happy to stay here again. ❤️

Leon and Tim were great hosts who checked in on us every day when they saw us around the property. The onsen was very easy to book through them. We got some great restaurant recommendations from Tim, for not just Furano but Otaru as well. The property itself was exactly as advertised. My mother and I had a wonderful stay!

The first thing that comes to mind about Furano Lofts & Chalet is: WOW! The room was beautiful, immaculate, and well-appointed. Our hosts, Leon and Tim, were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They provided invaluable information about the area, including daily weather forecasts, recommendations for attractions based on the weather, and dining suggestions - all of which were spot on. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable.
