Facilities and the space are really nice!
Location, spacious rooms, can park just in front of the main door, which is convenient.
Hot water control panel is a bit away from the bathroom entrance. It seemed no air con in each bedroom.

Not worth the cost for short stays, due to impact of cleaning fee, which is hidden until payment.
Spacious living room and kitchen. Very clean. Easy parking. Walking distance to many restaurants.
No closets available. Steps from neighbours upstairs are very audible. Check-out at 10 (a bit early) and the cleaning crew tried to enter the apartment at 9:30. Cleaning fee doubled the cost for one night stay and Booking did not disclose the additional fee until the last payment step.
