La disponibilité ainsi que les instructions pour accéder au logement.
La salle de bain aurait pu être un peu plus nettoyée.

Très agréable condo au centre de Montréal
Condo très bien placé (métro Berri-UQAM), très fonctionnel et très récent et propre. Accès sécurisé.
La petite cour en bas qui est une terrasse de bar mais le double vitrage et la climatisation font que le désagrément est minime.

Easy place to stay but will choose more greenery next time
Walking distance from old town. Complete kitchen plus laundry machine and dryer ( including detergent). Nice bathroom with shampoos and sh gel. Building looking safe ( emergency-fire and security). Kindness of owner to accelerate studio availability.
Balcony towards pub back area ( noisy) , more a spot for tobacco and marijuana smokers ( cannot keep window open due to smell). Would have loved more than 2 coffee pods ( my own Nespresso pods not compatible)

Perfect for a couple visiting Montreal
Excellent location, lots of good food and venues nearby and really close to metro, great bar next door but double glazing keeps all the noise out. The apartment is like new and very comfortable, any queries we had were responded to quickly.
