    2nd visit here , lovely hotel , very clean , food was lovely , all staff very friendly. Stayed in RM10 overlooking the waterways , lovely room ,very comfortable bed , two seats by windows you can just sit and people watch .beautiful view across the dunes out to sea .parking to the back .

    Rooms to the front overlooking waterways can be noisy cos main road and a busy road quite late at night and early morning , It didn't bother us even with windows open but it could some people . It's all about the views .

    A poor choice

    Paid account - looked at room - chose not to stay.

    Access to parking area very narrow - drive a SUV. No dinner service apparently on a Monday.

    It was enjoyable and we were well looked after and we will return

    Meals were very good and tasty. Very good service at the table and from the bar

    I had no problems that couldnt be resolved by management

    Perfect base for North Beach parkrun!

    Friendly hotel with superb restaurant. Ideally placed for North Beach parkrun!
