    Eine Erfahrung, die man nicht braucht.

    Positiv zu bewerten ist die Kommunikation und der Empfang durch den Gastgeber, er hat uns auch einige Tipps gegeben. Auch die Sauberkeit der Wohnung insgesamt war gut, nur das Geschirr und ein paar Schränkwände erforderten eine zusätzliche Reinigung.

    Das Apartment liegt in einem heruntergekommenen Viertel und ist leider an vielen Ecken sehr ausrangiert. Der angegebene Balkon ist eine Art Waschküche/Küchenanbau mit Schiebefenstern und Blick (aus dem Fenster) auf den Innenhof-Parkplatz. Die Wohnung insgesamt ist sehr dunkel. Was uns auch extrem geärgert hat, war, dass wir eine halbe Stunde vor Ankunft über die Renovierungsarbeiten der kompletten vorderen Hausfassade informiert wurden, was die Zimmer zusätzlich verdunkelt hat. Eine Stunde nach dem Check-In erhielten wir dann noch per WhatsApp ein abfotografiertes Papier, auf dem in Italienisch verkündet wurde, dass es am kommenden Tag zu "zeitweisem" Stromausfall kommen wird. Ab ca. 10 Uhr wurde das dann auch realisiert, aber nicht, wie angekündigt, nur zeitweise. Bis zu unserem (aufgrund der beschriebenen Umstände) abgebrochenen Aufenthalt gegen ca. 13 Uhr war kein Strom mehr da, wie es damit weiter ging, wissen wir daher nicht. Dass es solche Umstände geben kann, ist kein Thema - aber, ich muss als Mieter darüber rechtzeitig informiert werden und die Option haben, kostenfrei zurücktreten oder eine Mietminderung zu erhalten. Dies waren keine Umstände, die sich so kurzfristig ergeben haben, dass dies nicht möglich gewesen wäre.

    Casa pulitissima, proprietari super gentili e disponibili, posizione vicino al mare e a pochi minuti di macchina dal centro storico.

    Purtroppo essendo in un complesso di appartamenti è molto rumosa
