    Disappointing. Doubtful we would take the chance of another visit.

    Staff at reception & breakfast were polite and very helpful. It seemed cheap against others in the area. Breakfast was good and had speedy service.

    I've stayed here several times in the past although probably not since 2014. This was a very disappointing experience. Ceiling lights not working, power point hanging away from the wall, a loo squeezed between wall and bath which proved a challenge, and luke warm shower. I know the hotel trade is tough, but our room certainly needs some loving care and investment. A "Superior Double Room" didn't feel superior - I hate to think what a standard room was currently like. Disappointing after so many previous good experiences.

    A wonderful hotel

    This is an exceptional hotel and well worth a visit. I felt treated like a King and would happily stay again. Great room, good location and the breakfast was sensational. A highlight of my trip.

    The only thing that would be better is if I could have stayed longer.
