Very disappointing experience and poor maintenance, misleading photos, noise, and not worth the price.
The property is not that special. Actually I didn’t like it at all..
Our experience with this property was unfortunately very disappointing, especially considering the high price. First of all, the photos on Booking.com are misleading. Based on the pictures, we were under the impression that we would have access to both floors of the building, but this was not the case. We feel that the photos do not accurately represent what guests actually receive. The pool was also filled with insects, and there were a lot of cicadas around the property. Their extremely loud and constant sounds made it difficult to sleep peacefully and also made it unpleasant to enjoy the pool or garden. We contacted the property to ask for a solution, but unfortunately, we never received any effective solution. We were also told that someone would come to clean and check the property every 3–4 days, but no one came during our stay. In addition, communication with the property was not very good. Their responses were sometimes difficult to understand and did not feel particularly helpful. There were also several issues with the facilities. The refrigerator had a very unpleasant smell, similar to rotten fish, and the Wi-Fi did not work properly. The location was also not as nice as we expected and did not add much to the overall experience. Overall, there were simply too many problems during our stay. Considering how expensive the property was, we expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, we left feeling very disappointed, and based on our experience, we would not recommend this property.
