Staff ok and comfortable beds but room amenities and breakfast needs serious upgrade
The junior suite was spacious with nice views and big Bathroom.
The breakfast was very unexciting and not very appetizing. The room is overcrowded and noisy and plates are at floor level and behind sliding glass doors so you have to do yoga to get them. The coffee amenities were a single sachet of coffee and a single sachet of mixed coffee - and no milk or milk powder. And tiny cups. It just felt cheap and mean

Trotz einer schlechter Matratze, war es im Hotel super.
Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmer war groß und sauber.
Wir hatten 2 Betten, eins davon war die Matratze sehr schlecht, man konnte die Federn spüren. Das andere Bett war hervorragend.

The staff was trying to be accommodating, as much as they could.
The bed had bugs in it. This was the best room in the place, so they tried to change our room 3 times, and every other room had bugs in beds. When we said we are not staying there because of obvious reason, we were fined one night room stay. The staff was great in trying to solve the problem,but it was not their fault.
