    Uncomfortable. We did not stay.

    There was nothing that was cozy to us.

    Besides not being there to receive us, the host, Katz was so dismissive The Security Guard at the gate didn't know where Gab's CozyHome is. The Condo is not what you call a home away from home especially if you came from the US and staying for 2 weeks. The sofa smells, bed sheets and towels are well worn . Dirty pillows and towels in closet found . We had to go and buy linens and towels which we used x 1 night because we had to leave the place the following day. Since Katz did not take her time to explain to us how the hot water system works in the shower, we had to wash in cold water. The TV did not work and she told us she will replace it the following day. It was so uncomfortable that we were not going to stay there for 2 weeks. Katz agreed to just let my nieces use the place. They were suppose to have at least once a week housekeeping but they didn't. And the TV was not replace like she said. She then stopped responding to my messages and calls from my niece. After the first week , I sent message through booking.com and the unit owner, Alona responded. It was then that the housekeeping service was done and the TV was replaced. It was 9 days after check-in. Also, there's propane tank in the kitchen which you can use for cooking or you can elect to use electric. For us, that is safety hazard. But I guess that is normal for some Condos in this area.

    Cosy home

    How close to town We never ran out of water and there were 6 of us staying Ms kat was very helpful

    Street was a bit noisy

    it was a truly cozy home, no bad things could have been said

    no breakfast HAHA the location is good even though its peak season in baguio

    i would say the tv could have been fixed as fast as possible
