Think Twice Before Booking
Great location very central
The description for two bedroom apartment is very misleading. Stating ensuite bathroom, there are no ensuite bathrooms. All 81 photos are of other apartments not the one we arrived at. There are numerous two bed aprtments and this is not clear on the listing. Also stated was balcony and Terrace this again is not the case. We were four adults the apartment we were allocated was not shown in any of the photos. Small two bed, tiny windows, not the light airy depictions in the photos. A two seater sofa for 4 people and two chairs on the narrow balcony again not enough space for 4 adults. We were given 3 options full refund and find other accomodation, an apartment with no balcony up steep stairs which wasnt an option as I have mobility issues or to wait five hours until another apartment was cleaned. So we waited until 8pm for an apartment to be cleaned. We were offered a 20% refund. Needless to say this has not been initiated or received. During our stay a wicker chair split, we reported it and another chair in the same set for wear and tear sending photos as requested but were made to feel like we had deliberately caused the damage. We had asked for help in booking a taxi back to the airport and we were unable to book online in advance as the listing states there is a concierge service we didnt think this was unreasonable but clearly the manager did as we had a long email saying we should have been more grateful for everything they had done to resolve the issue. Had the listing not been misleading then none of the issues would have arisen.

Me pareció muy lindo el apartamento y la ubicación. Muy bien recibimiento con el detalle del las botellas de agua, chocolates y cava!! Excelente todo!!
No tengo comentarios para hacer!!
