    Location is extremely convenient - it is just across the road from a nice beach (and the road is not busy). There is a lido, but also plenty of space for the free beach. The building has an underground garage - that was very convenient in order not to have to look for a parking spot, and also our car didn't overheat in the sun. The view from the flat is amazing, and the sound of waves gives it extra charm. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, with some really good options. We visited with a young baby, and all the establishments nearby were really baby-friendly, we could go with a pram everywhere.

    Rubbish recycling system with QR-codes is overly complicated and inconvenient in my opinion (note that it's not specific to the flat, it's like this everywhere in the neighbourhood). We didn't have a QR-code for glass, so we couldn't recycle our glass bottle, and the bag for carton was too narrow for pizza boxes. One thing that was slightly inconvenient for us is that there are steps in front of the entrance, so we had to take the baby in the carrier and bring the pram separately. Also the lift was slightly too small for our (relatively big) pram, so we had to fold it every time we went in or out of the flat.

    Garage im Keller hat sehr enge Einfahrt. Am besten öffentlich parken
