    Great little location, 10min walk to beach Breakfast was great Lyndon was a funny and perfect host

    Awful

    Arrived to check in. Place is run down and dirty. There were rats running around the rear courtyard. Given a slip of paper with phone numbers on to contact them if needed. Having text the mobile number with a query I had a reply back from the former manager. The text raised huge concerns far greater than the rats running around. Having travelled as 2 solo women staying in separate rooms, one of us having to use a bathroom on the landing, I was not happy to stay. There’s a review stating the police had arrested the owner in the early hours in August. (Please go look for it) The owner lives downstairs alone. The booking and slip of paper given alludes to the place being run by a couple “Lyndon and Lucy”, Lucy however is his daughter that doesn’t even live there or work there or even live nearby. The place was dirty, dated and extremely run down. Very expensive for what it is. But above all that, the risks staying were not something I was prepared to do. We needed up at the Premier Inn for the 2 nights that we had planned. Safer, cleaner and much better facilities.
