We enjoyed our time and the house met our needs except for a few exceptions.
Loved the availability of the coffee creamers and teas available. Also the laundry room was extremely nice. The house is extremely cute and clean. Bathrooms were nice, loved the skylights. Kitchen and dining areas were very nice and we enjoyed some time on the screened side porch. Enjoyed our time playing air hockey and foosball. That was a fun surprise.
The flooring from the entrance room to the kitchen dining area has a half step up but due to the continuous flooring color it is difficult to see. There could be some indication which says step up/step down or markings on the floor. One of us tripped up the step and one of us fell down because of a misstep in not seeing the differences in the flooring level. Just a safety concern. Also there were no addition throws or blankets available that we could find to use. The weather was beautiful but cool at night and it would have been nice to have. Also the sofas were not comfortable at all and the TVs were a little temperamental (entry room).

Exceeded our expectations!
The location was great. It was convenient and I felt completely safe in a quaint neighborhood and a walk away from the botanical gardens. The house was the perfect size fully stocked with everything one would need to enjoy their time. We had my parents come in and celebrate Easter with us for the evening. The kitchen was Above expectations in that everything that we needed for cooking an Easter supper was readily available. Even a few extra things like oil and salt and pepper, which was a blessing and saved us a run to the grocery store. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was great. The outdoor porch was a bonus! Will definitely stay here again when we returned to Gainesville. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay that exceeded our expectations.🤩
