Sehr sauberes und zentrales B&B
Das Gaisa Naples liegt nahe am Bahnhof, auch die Busse vom Flughafen kommen dort an. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und werden jeden Tag gereinigt. Sehr freundliche Besitzerin, sie hat uns Tips gegeben und reagiert auf WhatApp umgehend. Preis/Leistung ist sehr gut.
Die Umgebung des Hauses ist doch ziemlich zweifelhaft, es liegt auch viel Müll rum. Wir hatten aber keine negativen Erfahrungen bezüglich Sicherheit.

The room and facilities were spotlessly clean and remained that way with great daily cleaning by Francesca. Alexandra the owner was amazing throughout, her level of communication and speed of communication made everything faultlessly easy. I had warned her I have an intolerance to gluten and she provided a great selection of food each day for breakfast in the dedicated eating room on Floor 1. I had booked the family room (4) which I was very pleased with, lovely windows and doors that could be opened for light and air but also solid electric shutters for security and night times. A bonus was the lounge area outside my room which was shared by my room and one other. Tables chairs coffee and tea making facilities on tap. Due to a very late arrival time I had asked Alexandra to book an airport transfer which worked out very well and took me door-to-door. Alexandra then provided the instructions and key code access details needed to open the secure outside entry door and then be inside doors to the room. There is a huge variety of regular restaurants and those providing GF meals within 10 minutes walk.
There was nothing I disliked about the property itself, the area outside the building and surrounding streets was typical of any large city centre close to the main train station, people sitting around especially at night but no problem with safety or being approached by anybody.
