Es war ganz in Ordnung und interessant.
Die Unterkunft liegt in einem höher gelegenen Stadtteil von Tbilisi und hat daher bessere Luft und weniger Verkehr als weiter unten. Auch bei offenem Fenster ist es nachts ruhig. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr ist gut. Ein Minibus hält in der Straße und fährt oft zur nächsten Metrostation und zurück. Die große Trinity Kirche ist nur ca 600 m entfernt.
Die Umgebung ist ungepflegt, es liegt Altmetall in der Gegend rum und die meisten Häuser sind renovierungsbedürftig. Halt so wie fast überall in Georgien. Dafür kann aber der Vermieter nichts.

Unacceptable conditions, poor hygiene and completely misleading photos.
Unfortunately, there was nothing we particularly liked about our stay. The actual condition of the property was very different from the photos shown online, and the overall accommodation was far below our expectations.
Absolutely unacceptable conditions! The reality was completely different from the photos shown online. The room was dirty, damp, poorly maintained, and extremely uncomfortable. The bed sheets and the fold-out sofa were dirty, and there was not even any toilet paper provided. We paid for proper accommodation and basic hygiene, but instead we were faced with extremely poor and unacceptable conditions. The huge difference between the advertised photos and the actual condition of the property is simply unacceptable. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Be very careful before making a reservation here.
