When we faced any issue, the contact person was very accommodating to guide and provide extra towels as requested

The microwave wasn't working and kitchen area could do with a little improvement but not an issue as the location is very close to the GP food court

Great place to stay with a group of eight to ten people

Location close to Ipoh town, walking distances to big hawker center and 99 convenience store. The property was mentioned to be very safe and it was !

Very minor issues with Aircons and autogate operations… really does not need too much attention
