Well located, well priced and the property looked beautiful from the outside.
When we arrived, the person responsible for handing over the keys was unreachable, leaving us unable to access the property. As a result, we had to cancel our booking and make alternative accommodation arrangements. The host did contact us later that day and kindly offered for us to still stay the night. However, by the time she would have been available to meet us, it was far too late for our plans, and we had already made other arrangements. While we appreciate the resolution that was ultimately provided, we are disappointed that we were unable to check in as booked and had to incur the inconvenience of making alternative plans due to being unable to access the property.
