    הצוות מדהים, עושים מכל הלב, רק רוצים לעזור ולשמח. הגענו כשהייתה סערה לא צפויה והם היו מקסימים. מונה המטפלת בספא מעולה. ארוחת בוקר בופה בוטיק. המלון יפה מאוד, ממש מול החוף. יש מסעדות באזור. יש אוטובוס להרקליון לחובבי השופינג במרחק הליכה של רבע שעה מהמלון, עולה כ3 אירו לאדם למי שמחפש לחסוך מוניות. במלון סיפקו לנו את כל המידע. מלון לחזור אליו

    מלון בוטיקי קטן ויפייפה. מזכיר ריזורט קטנטן בתאילנד כולל משקאות וולקאם. ארוחת בוקר נחמדה ומגוונת.

    לא מאוד נחמדים ובטח לא גמישות מחשבתית ורצון לעזור. המארחת היתה חביבה אבל מאוד עיקשת בלי טיפה של גמישות. הזמנתי 2 חדרים וביקשתי צמודים וכשהגעתי הבנתי שבגלל סוגי החדרים זה לא אפשרי ביקשתי להוסיף כסף לשדרג העיקר שהילדים שלי יהיו צמודים אליי ולא עזר לי כלום. חבל כי זה קילקל את החוויה שלנו כמשפחה

    The staff and owners are so lovely and friendly nothing was a problem and every need was met. We only had 3 nights here but we would have loved to stay longer.

    We wished the sushi was open all day, but we did wait for the opening times and were not disappointed. Amazing sushi!
