    Overall was pleased.

    Breakfast was nice and the staff were wonderful. Filled us in on local history and answered questions.

    Could benefit from a thorough deep cleaning.

    Nice place overall. Beds are comfy and the light breakfast was enjoyable.

    Great location, was able to leave our vehicle parked the entire stay and walk to business district.

    Exterior is a bit weathered, although it did’t impact our stay.

    Great weekend stay. Loved that we got to hear some history on the house and Galena area. The free breakfast was wonderfu

    The house itself was full of so much history. It was charming and quaint.

    A lovely weekend getaway with ease of access to the beautiful and historic downtown!

    The grounds had plenty of places to sit and relax with pretty greenery around the property and deer to watch. The breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly.

    In need to some repairs/updates, mostly on the outside.

    All in all I don’t think it was worth the money

    Lovely dining room , antiques, lovely porches with rocking chairs. I didn’t walk in the English garden but it was nice to have the greenery. The manager was very informative about the history of the property and was very personable

    Unfortunately the breakfasts were sub par There were issues with the tv and the manager had to reprogram after I requested help
