    Gute Lage, liegt aber an einer sehr lauten Straße

    Die Lage ist gut und alle Geschäfte und die Innenstadt von Bonn sind sehr gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Parkplatz, was sehr hilfreich ist.

    Durch die Farbwahl Grau-Schwarz für das Mobiliar und die Lage im Erdgeschoß ist die Wohnung tagsüber dunkel und etwas beklemmend. Manches ist ungepflegt, z.B. die Schublade für Besteck oder das völlig vereiste Gefrierfach, das kaum zugeht. Das eigentliche Manko ist die überaus laute Sebastianstraße, mit ständig fließendem Verkehr, auch nachts. Der Verkehr fließt unmittelbar an der Wohnung vorbei. Die Scheinwerfer der von links anfahrenden Autos leuchten direkt über die Eingangstür in die Wohnung. Man hört jedes Gespräch der Fußgänger mit.

    A well designed and good located apartment.

    The homeowner is very nice and polite person did her best to solve any problem we have. The location is really good close to bus station and supermarkets. I generally liked the house and recommend.

    The only thing regarding the apartment is it has no doors inside it, only one big room which was a bit hard if you stay more than 2 people since there are no doors in the house, sound travels easily, making it difficult to sleep at night. The street is also soundly which honestly is not a problem if you sleep deeply at night.

    A modern apartment in the heart of Bonn

    The host answered my phone directly when I had a question. The apartment was clean and modern. The location was great!

    The apartment had some ventilation problem. The air was really stuffy and the smell upon entering quite unpleasant. We opened the windows a lot, but because of the noise, we couldn't keep them open the whole time. Also the price was quite high.
