Disappointing overall
The location is the only plus point.
There was hardly anyone in the hotel and just one staff. Sometimes there was no one in the reception as well. I asked for breakfast at 8am and no one showed up until 840. Next day it was 8am and day 3 there was no breakfast! Even the breakfast was dry bread with an egg and when I asked for cheese or butter, they didn't have anything. It was disappointing. I only continued to stay since the location worked for me but otherwise I wouldn't. There was construction happening and even the towels and linen didn't seem very clean. I would not stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Gallery Art Hotel Tbilisi. The hotel has a very cozy and stylish atmosphere, with beautiful art details that really make it stand out. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-designed, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The staff deserves special thanks — everyone was extremely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and well presented. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi.
