    It was a confortable stay. The hotel was very convenient for an an evening arrival on the ferrry

    Architect should be fired ......what a lot of waste space from overall bad design . Owners ikely looking to follow the successful "Holiday Inn Express " concept but the quality of the bathroom and fitout is 3 star at best ....shower and leaking taps and acessories of poor quality; toilet lid will not stay up no matter what .? Was little furniture in the room ..bar one chair .....Room missing a chair and a small couch..... huge wasted balconey with sparse furn . Has the appeal of a good quality 4 star hotel ...All can be fixed with good experienced managment .Staff had a feel of amatures learning on the job ..... Happy and heloful as far as their ability ? . Resteraunt appeared leased out and was stretched most mornings .........but of good value Locale great for our puposes ....

    Se me quedó un mal sabor de boca al final

    Me gustó el trato del personal fueron muy amables

    Les envié un mail, porque me olvidé una chaqueta en el armario, y no he tenido respuesta. Encontrarse algo de un huésped y no localizar al huésped (del que tienen absolutamente todos los datos) es lo que marca la diferencia…

    Exceptionally relaxing hotel, near to the port.

    The hotel accommodation is very relaxing. The rooms are very clean and all the staff are very pleasant and helpful
