Overall satisfaction with close proximity to town

Property was close to my daughter’s studio flat near University of Plymouth

Property lighting was bad. My room was three flight of stairs up and there was no lighting after the first flight of stairs.

Very nice stay and well situated for all I wanted to do.

Breakfast was amazing and was served by a polite, well mannered and welcoming host

Couldn't get WIFI or many stations on TV. If I stay again I would prefer not having to walk up so many stairs.
