On the first night we couldn’t open the door and had to stay else where with all our stuff locked inside. We tried for o
It would have been nice, had there been an aircon in the middle of summer.
The fridge didn’t work on the last few days of our stay or the dishwasher so that wasn’t ideal. And we had an incident with our door and it didn’t open and we tried for over half an hour and they didn’t refund us. The people we were dealing with were quite good to talk do although they weren’t the best on answering quickly.

Fijn appartement op een fantastische plek. Aan de rand van het oude centrum en dicht bij het mooie park. Appartement is lekker ruim en de verhuurder is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Preciosa ciudad y buen apartamento mal mantenido.
Lo mejor del piso es su ubicación en el Casco Viejo de Girona, con toda la zona a 5 minutos andando. La ciudad es preciosa y este apartamento está en una zona inmejorable. Aparcar a 5-10 minutos no es complicado.
El mantenimiento del piso es bastante deficiente y la limpieza no es la mejor. Muchas partes de la vivienda están medio rotas, sueltas, etc. En la planta alta, una ventana no tenía la cortina para evitar la luz, otra no cerraba bien. En otra ventana una veneciana que no se podía usar, varias lámparas colgando de la pared.... Todo pequeños detalles de fácil arreglo pero que no los han hecho. Les escribí y les llamé y me dijeron que "ya lo iban a arreglar" pero no hicieron nada. Supongo, que así se habrá quedado. La limpieza del piso no estaba mal pero en zonas de poco acceso había mucho polvo: se nos cayó un libro en el lateral de la cama de la habitación pequeña y lo recuperamos con grandes acumulaciones de polvo.

L'ubicació és idónea
T'atenen per WhatsApp des dun teléfon estranger. L'estat de l'apartament és molt mellorable: cables solts, llums que no funcionan, persianes trencades. 20 minuts abans de tancar el termini xa volien netejar l'habitació. Si fas el checking una mica mes tard de les 20:00h et claven 35€...
