The location was great and the communication with Emanuela was great and easy. She was quick to respond and provide the detials to checkin. Also we arrived late so the self checkin option really helped.

The room although it seemed clean, the bedsheet had hairs and also the mattress had hairs whcih did not seem to be cleaned properly.
