    Würden wir wieder buchen oder weiter empfehlen

    Gute Lage. Kaffee um die Ecke. Bar an der Ecke. Bushaltestelle in 1 min von der Haustür.

    Zu wenig Besteck. Eine Kaffeemaschine wäre schön gewesen. In einigen Ecken war Schimmel (Dusche, hinter Heizkörper in einem Schlafzimmer).

    Estadia boa com excelente custo benefício

    Calefação excelente, apartamento grande. Localização boa.

    Faltam utensílios de cozinha, por exemplo , só havia 5 talheres de cada tipo.

    ​Good location but several maintenance and communication issues. The house is easy to find, located on the 3rd floor with an elevator, and the neighborhood is very quiet.

    However, we had a few frustrating experiences. On the second day, the power tripped, and I had to go to B2 to reset it. Also, the heating stopped working around 11 PM for two out of our three nights, making it very cold to sleep. ​Regarding cleanliness and service: All the kitchenware and tableware were greasy. Additionally, the staff does not proactively reply to messages—we could only reach them by phone, which was quite inconvenient.
