  Cannot recommend highly enough. Amazing.

  An amazing property in a beautiful spot. A real home away from home (if your home was also a luxury resort!). We got to see so much of Madeira- a truly beautiful island. The owner was super helpful and arranged things for us within minutes of asking. Probably the best property we have stayed at in Europe or the US. Fabulous.

  Inolvidable.

  La casa es absolutamente maravillosa. No hay un pero. La zona de la piscina con una completa cocina fue nuestro hogar. Solo entrábamos a la casa para dormir. La sala de juegos un plus cada noches. Las vistas, la tranquilidad durante todo el día, sencillamente maravillosa toda nuestra estancia. Anfitrión muy amable y profesional. No le falta de nada a la casa, sin duda nos hizo tener unas vacaciones perfectas.

  No nos gustó tener que irnos pero es lo que tienen las vacaciones, empiezan y acaban, por eso es tan importante elegir donde y esta casa cumple con los requisitos para tener una estancia perfecta.

  Amazing house, incredible host

  Felt extremely homely, whilst very special. Huge amount of thought had gone into anything you might need. Welcome from Filipe was exceptional.

  Relaxing week with 4 adults and an 8 year old enjoying the pool, view and island.

  The location is wonderful. The area is quiet and the house feels private. Parking is easy right next to the property. The property itself is impeccable; it is well furnished and well decorated and really has everything you might need from a holiday home. The decor is of a high standard and the living area is spacious with a lovely gigantic sofa. The outside kitchen and pool area is really lovely to spend time relaxing and enjoying the view of nature and the sea (equally viewable from the hot tub!). Filipe is an excellent host; and his restaurant (5 minutes drive away) was the best food we had on the island, and near the sea in a lovely location.

  There is nothing not to like about this property.

  Exceptional

  Not much to say except that everything was perfect !!  Filipe is a very kind host, responsive and very careful about the quality of his accommodation.  The house is fantastic ! I have rarely seen a rental so well equipped.  In addition we have the chance to be the first guest to experienced the new renovation work and the outside annex. It come with a courtyard near the pool with a roof and outdoor kitchen that is now added to the house and make it even above our expectations.  I can only recommend it... Thanks again to Filipe for making our stay on this magnificent island even more beautiful. (PS: You shouldn't miss the chance to eat at "Restaurant & Grill Muralha Terrace" that is a 5min drive. One of the best restaurant of the island and Filipe run the place)
