  Love the villa

  We’re pleased with this villa. It was clean, quiet and our privaci was well-maintained. Although it is located within a complex, it was easy for us to get a taxi and order food as well. Just a suggestion: kindly provide a tea in the kitchen. And please inform your guess how to access the villa through email or WA before they arrive.

  I wouldn’t recommend this stay at all, if you expect the place to be in the same conditions as the photos. It’s so unkep

  The man that came to clean was really nice even though he’s obviously not fluent in English he tried his best to communicate things to us.

  The location was a little tricky, didn’t really match gps directions. The place of itself does not look like the photos. The visual is obviously the same but when you are in there, it leaves a lot to be desired. The living room wasn’t very clean, something was growing on the walls and the cushions were especially dirty, so much so we used towels in order to sit. The rooms were okay but the curtains were very dirty and the bath area was unclean. My parents said that the water had a bad smell as well. The pool area was a little run down but the pool itself was nice. Most importantly the booking.com manager sucked. Idk why someone who is in Italy is managing the website for a place in Bali. This decision made it so that messages that were sent hours well in advance of our stay were not received by the necessary parties and when they did respond they were extremely unhelpful and downplayed the fact that; we had to stay at a hotel for what was supposed to be night one. This shouldn’t have happened at all as the team in Bali, as we later found out, had hidden a key.

  On the photos the villa looked lively

  Location was terrible, we booked and oay fir 6 night. As we were to woman staying there, we contact the owner to meet us halfway for refund, because we checked out and stayed in villa with better location. Al that he said was Sorry, no refund. We end up paying for 2 properties and stay in one!
