    Gnat worth a ten

    Nice size rooms, decor, location

    Gnats on dishes on open shelving, missing basic amenities like garbage bags, detergent for dish washer, and laundry. Had to text owner who gave code for closet to access them. Had already bought some supplies to accommodate. A good insect fogging in the house would have done wonders. Not up to the 10 rating.

    Enjoyed having a chance to stay in a home instead of a hotel

    A great set up for family with toddlers to college age . The decor was modern and well staged .

    We had to come to Evansville on the spur of the moment due to a family hospital emergency. Finding a place, left us limited, so I was very pleasantly surprised when I encountered this airbnb. The place was extremely clean, all the rooms have plenty of space, and the backyard is huge and well-lit with a great fire pit and plenty of lawn chairs. The host Bobby, is quick to respond to any messages you leave. He is extremely nice and will try and accommodate any ask you may have. He even offered us an extra day/night at a discounted rate. I would highly recommend this house or any other home Bobby owns as a place to stay. Thank you for your amazing hospitality, Bobby!

    There's nothing negative I could say about this place or the host.

    No staff it was a house. Beautiful it wasn't to far from the highway nor to far from everything

    No wash rags. But that's the only thing I didn't like
