    Depends on Your Definition of Quality

    The couch was comfortable and it was near the attractions we needed. Our son liked the Pac-Man game and pool table.

    The home was underwhelming. Felt like a fixer upper with DIY fixes and not quality remodeling. If you just need a place to crash, I guess it would work for some people. However, if aesthetics are important to you, it is disappointing to see half done paint jobs, cracks, repairs not done well, poor lighting....still dark even with lights on versus the brightness in the staged photos. When we arrived, we found the home to be in a cul-de-sac with neighbors that had a bunch of old, beat up cars taking up the space. Inside the home we found cracks in the flooring. Botched jobs to cover up poor craftsmanship. Warer damage on baseboards and around half bath sink. I did check with the company beforehand to confirm if certain things were working and that there wouldn't be any loose flooring and if the things mentioned in some of the negative reviews were actually fixed. They confirmed all was well. In hindsight, I should jave asked about the quality of repairs. It rained while we were there so we didn't get to make good use of the patio as the furniture was rained on which is beyond anyone's control. I do wish they would have had the bean bags placed in a container as our sone couldn't play with the corn holes after the rain because turns out the bean bags were under the corn holes and drenched and dirty. The bed was not comfortable in the master bedroom. Too firm with a thin mattress pad that was yellowed a bit. The couch was much more comfortable to sleep on, softer. I'm not sure why the ice make and water didn't work on the fridge. I noticed a trend in responses to other poor reviews with the company saying "I wish you would have called us when you found x, y, and z." I understand that but basic things in the home should be maintained and working before a home is booked....like the ice maker and water on the fridge. No one should have to call to reoort things like that.

    Huge waste of money.

    The location was fairly close to where we needed to go.

    Every single morning of our stay there was no hot water. Every. Single. Morning. They sent someone out, not sure what the person did, but by morning, zero hot water every morning. The last 2 days of our stay was spent troubleshooting the internet system so we could watch TV. Also sent someone out for that and was good for 15 minutes. Said they would get the guy back out, never showed and never could get back in touch with them. AND I’VE ASKED REPEATEDLY FOR SOME TYPE OF COMPENSATION AND ALL I GET IS THE RUN-A-ROUND. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. (Just FYI this is 1 of 2 bad reviews I’ve given in my lifetime.) This place was ridiculous.
