Very new, modern. A luxury apartment. Plenty of space. Really nice and luxury bathroom :)! Smart heating adjustable in every room. Preheated. So many thoughtful details. A lot of kitchen ware. Tasteful furnishing. Nice view to harbour and the "Engagement Mountain" (with Sherpa Trail) out the window. We saw the polar lights outside the building (9.10.26) and even more a bit to the south at the round harbour view point. Ballstad is good as a base camp to visit the Lofoten. Best stay for us in Norway this time.

You have to put a chair against the oven, because it does not close completly. But that is no problem really, one can adjust.
