The hotel’s location was excellent, and the food was outstanding. However, there were a few areas that need improvement. The lack of parking facilities was inconvenient, and the cleanliness of the hotel could have been much better. Communication and coordination among the staff also seemed poor. We had booked a Panditji for the rituals, but he did not arrive on time. These ceremonies hold deep emotional and religious significance for people, so punctuality and proper coordination are extremely important. I would request the hotel management to ensure that such arrangements are handled more responsibly in the future. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but better cleanliness, staff coordination, parking facilities, and timely arrangements would make a significant difference.
