    Exceptional property for a family holiday

    Exceptionally well equipped house including a garden play room. Location next to a nature reserve and close to Rhos-on-Sea which is a very child friendly resort.

    Blinds in main bedroom are fiddly and don't keep out light effectively.

    Amazing property, very comfortable, well equipment and with stunning views.

    Exceptionally well-equipped property. Very spacious with absolutely amazing views. 2 living rooms was an unexpected surprise as was a Sage coffee machine! Each of the 4 large bedrooms had a modern on-suite.

    What’s not to like. Lovely location, house has everything.

    Hot tub - would be the only added thing that’s missing. Bar that, Perfect.

    Great stay in North Wales

    Gorgeous house, great facilities. The garden & playroom was brilliant for the grandchildren. Superb for a family get together, all bedrooms ensuite. Fantastic location for visiting North Wales and close to the beach. We had a great welcome pack of treats which was much appreciated. Highly recommended.

    The blinds in the master bedroom let a lot of light in, would prefer blackout curtains but unusual window shape so imagine would be difficult to fit. All other bedrooms had curtains which was great.
