    As a professional house cleaner, my expectations are higher on this field . With my own cleaning supplies, I removed strikes and dust from the refrigerator. But this is my sickness. Otherwise, it was decent. The kitchen was stacked at minimum compared to other places. It's more like an extended stay hotel instead of home . Good value for a dollar.

    Parking was a little confused situation, but we never heard complaints. Since this unit is located in the basement, you can hear kids playing in the morning.

    Hosts are not happy campers

    Our experience was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. We had booked the property with the expectation of checking in at 3:00 PM so we could get ready for a wedding. However, check-in was delayed until 5:00 PM, leaving us with no choice but to change at a gas station — a major inconvenience for our family. The listing was advertised as an “apartment,” but in reality, it was a basement suite with no egress windows, which is a serious safety concern in the event of a fire. We tried to cancel due to these misrepresentations, but were told we would not receive any refund for our 5-day booking. As a family of four, we were shocked to find only two rolls of toilet paper for the entire stay. When we asked for more basic supplies like Kleenex or additional toilet paper, there was no willingness to accommodate. The furniture, especially the sofas, was visibly dirty and even had leftover children’s toys scattered around — clearly not cleaned properly. On checkout day, the host was extremely hostile and rude, going as far as bullying my wife out of the unit at exactly 11:00 AM, despite the overall poor experience. This property is unsafe, misrepresented, poorly managed, and lacks even the most basic hospitality. I would not recommend it to anyone, especially families or those concerned about safety
