A perfect holiday cottage. So comfortable.

Nice circular walk, majority off public road, approx 0.5 mile on public quiet road Tennis court free Paddle court available on site, pre booking paid basis Kelso centre 2.5 miles Nice rear view across open agricultural land Powerful shower facilites Cleanliness Welcome pack is nice quality
Combined Living, dining and kitchen area is small Sleeps four but living area better suited to two Double bedroom small Only one 2-3 seat settee Cottage is one of three adjoined, middle property Rear seating area is relatively small and split level immediately adjoined to the other two cottages either side, though adequately fenced for visual privacy. Front parking area of two of the three cottages is next to an open farm building, vehculiar access and egress has limited space. Only became aware of the fact that not allowed to leave dogs unattended within the property for any length of time.
