    Super Terrasse, rummelig lejlighed med gode værelser, god aircondition.

    Afhentning af nøgler, virkelig dårlig beskrivelse, med en god beskrivelse kunne det have været nemt. Ingen liggestole ved pools

    Overall good, great location and felt clean, just disappointing the way they communicate as they make you feel they are

    Very well located, clean and beauty view.

    They requested to pay via link outside of booking.com platform which is not normal, however booking emailed saying it’s ok, but feels dodgy. They never flagged that the location of the apartment is far from the one where you collect the keys, which is disappointing specially when walking with luggage. Communication with the host in general was not great, they nearly feel rude when texting, instructions about usage of apartment were not clear, but in general host lack personalised service that you expect from any host, no basic amenities like toilet paper provided for the whole stay. And when asking for something sarcastic answers were given. Not good customer service at all. We’ve booked loads of apartments/ air b&b etc and toilet paper, coffee, water, welcome hamper, washing tablets or something is always given, which is not expected but always a nice touch. The door in the main room did not closed at all! And none of the rooms can be locked.
