    Home away from home, needs some minor TLC

    Fantastic location and value, which feels like home. The property provides plenty for a family stay. Generous amount of space and good nights sleep for all.

    There are signs of wear and tear since our last stay. The children refused to use the bath matt and when looking at it, there is mold all over the underside. The bathroom is lovely, but signs of damp in the atmosphere are present on the ceiling and in the air. Perhaps changing the extractor fan to a moisture activated one could reduce issues.

    Great location, within walking distance to local shops and bars. Lord Street cafe is 5 mins walk for a great breakfast. Lovely private garden at the back of the property, large kichen with all facilities, coffee and tea sachets provided. Two bedrooms on ground floor, good for anyone with mobility problems, room for wheelchair at entrance although 2 steps up to the entrance door. Overall very good property.

    Only one small thing, outside table hadn't been cleaned and barbecue cover looked dirty, we didn't use it so can't comment on the actual barbecue, apart from that the garden is really nice.
