Cute place but contact could be better

It's a cute place in a great location. We had booked three nights then went touring then returned for three nights. We didn't stay the last night because the bed was too soft and we both got backache. Tried a couple of times to send messages to the owners via the app as we only had data and no phobe as we are Aussies (there was a small leak under the bathroom window, a small crack in a window and we couldnt suss the heating out. Never got a reply.

The bed. Erratic heating (it might have been us but no-one replied to us).

Great property with a great location close to the local shops and restaurants

We hired the garden flat and the big house for a family holiday, great location for Rustington and Littlehampton beaches. There was enough seating in the main house for the eleven of us. The house was very clean and had all of the amenities that we needed

    Nothing
