    Good place to stay and value for money

    Clean 2 bedroom guest house. Host was friendly and helpful .Coffee tea and sugar provided and everything g else you need for a self catering stay. Would definitely stay again if I’m in the area

    Overall great stay

    Overall we had a great stay and format of the building was comfy.

    - Fridge was full of water so need attention - Would be better if new sponge and washing liquid is left for guests to wash dishes. We bought ours - To make sure enough pans with lids - Also to keep under basin clean and free from unnecessary items

    Location was great for Tottenham Hotspur ground. Cab office over the road and train station 59 yards down the road
