    Excellent value for money!

    I stayed in a room that is part of the family house, which included its own private, en-suite bathroom. Everyone in the house, both hosts and guests, use the same shared kitchen, which is fully eqiuped. From the very first moment, I felt completely at home. Alvaro and Diego are delightful and happy to help with any question or request. Both speak English, which was a huge plus for someone like me who dosen't speak spanish, after 6 weeks traveling in Peru. The shower had constant hot water and great pressure—easily the best shower I’ve had in Peru! The room also featured a double bed with a very comfortable mattress. Just as importantly, the place feels like a peaceful oasis away from the bustle of Lima, while still offering easy access to bus stops. Plus, a large supermarket, several cafés, and a pizzeria are all within a convenient ten-minute walk.

    A home away from home!

    I enjoyed my stay at the garden House! I was warmly welcomed and felt at home straight away. The kitchen is the heart of the house and well equipped. And the hot shower was actually hot, a true luxury in Peru! Sitting in the garden felt a bit like being in the jungle with a cute couple of wild parrots stopping by every day.

    The Wifi connection was a bit unreliable during peak times and the advertised desk turned out to be an antique escritoire rather than a desk you can work on.

    My stay was laid back, relaxed, and felt welcome!

    Alvaro is a super kind, helpful, and welcoming person. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcome and comfortable. If you're in the area and are looking for an affordable place, contact the Garden House Miraflores.

    What did I not like? Nothing. Everything was up to par.
