    - l'endroit a été choisi parce que c'était proche de l'hôtel où se déroulait notre Séminaire pro de 3 jours. - on devait marcher 5 à 7 min max - l'endroit est proche de certains magasins que je connais, notamment Lidl - le propriétaire nous a bien accueilli, avec bonne humeur; nous a tout montré. Je n'hésiterai pas à recommander cet établissement

    - le prix seulement. J'ai payé 324€. J'ai posé la question à Booking.com. Jusqu'à présent, pas de réponse. Le problème? Quand j'ai réservé auparavant c'était pour 4 nuitées et le système de tarification de Booking m'a calculé 324€. Par après, j'ai changé pour 3 nuitées; j'ai vu que cela revenait à 243€. Mais, le système n'a pas changé le total à payer. J'ai au final payé le montant de 324€ qui restait affiché! J'ai posé la question et j'ai demandé le remboursement de la différence, mais jusqu'à présent, pas de réponse!.

    Perfect stay for a short or long time in Prague

    I stayed here for 10 days, and it was perfect. There is a bedroom with 3 beds, a big bathroom and a small kitchen. Perfect for a couple or young family visiting Prague. The apartment is surrounded by a beautiful garden, which keeps it nice and cool during 30°C weather. Radek is a very lovely host. He's always ready to answer questions or help you out if you need it. The trams and metro are about a 5-10 minute walk away from the apartment, so it's very easy to reach any part of the city. There is also a Lidl (supermarket) around the corner (5 min walk) and a small shopping mall (Flora) 2 tram stops further. Even though there are a few busy roads in the neighbourhood, the apartment is on a very calm street and you don't hear traffic at all in the garden or apartment.

    I have no complaints. But maybe a good heads-up for people who are a little bit squeamish about bugs. Because the apartment is surrounded by a garden, there is a chance little critters end up inside. So just keep the windows closed if you don't like that. It didn't bother me in any way.
