    Easy accessed and comfortable, recommend this apartment.

    Located right next to a cafe/wine bar for breakfast and evening snacks. Waiter spoke great English making it easy for us. Location was very quiet, though entering off the street, the apartment was back off a quiet "rural" canal. Had a back garden with a small table and chairs. It was also conveniently near a water taxi/airport pickup stop (Arsenale).

    Very good location just off the busiest areas but an easy walk to see the main attractions and very close to the vaporetto. The apartments was comfortable with a view of the sea and a canal. Would highly recommend.

    Exceptional

    What a delightful apartment with a garden terrace overlooking a small canal. Better in real life than in the photos. Loredana was very helpful with advice on shops, restaurants, transport,etc.
