    Great Location, Very helpful staff, property is very average

    While the location advantage is amazing, the layout of the property, cleanliness, lack of ac in common areas, was not great considering that it highly priced.

    We enjoyed our stay

    This is a very spacious nice apartment. The interior is simple but clean and nice. The beds sleep well, the bathroom is modest but clean. It’s in the middle of el nido center so very convenient.

    ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE

    There are some kind of critters, they say geckos, I say RATS in the ceilings. Kept us up all night and morning. This was terrible and have to fight for refund . Yard is rutted w trash/ back fire escape door is wet, dirty and garbage as well all around it. Def a rat trap
