    Great hotel. Easy, clean and very comfortable, Easy walk to restaurants, shops etc. Great staff.

    The staff at Garden Palace were exceptional. They did all the things they said they would do, attended quickly and thoroughly to any questions, provided recommendations and advice, organised car hire and restaurants and were lovely people. They offered me airport pick up and drop off. The hotel is very well maintained, very clean - the rooms are gigantic and there is a kitchenette (kettle, fridge, stove (and a pot/frypan etc) etc. Comfy beds. different pillows. Aircon etc. there are loan beach towels and loan umbrellas! Security was good and easy for customers. The breakfast was pretty good - Coffee, tea, juice, breads, cheese, fruits, eggs, cereal and salad and some daily variations. There is no lift, but there is a luggage lift! The stairs are a good to keep your body moving. Close walk to towns and shops. Parking available. October 2027 - quiet, no construction, no pubs within hearing distance

    The hotel is exactly as advertised, there were no surprises. If you choose this hotel, and know that there is no lift, no pool, no restaurant etc then there is nothing to dislike. It was great.

    Wonderful staff and great value

    I had a great time here and truly felt right at home. The hotel manager and the entire staff are incredibly welcoming, detail-oriented, and dedicated to making sure everything is perfect. The free airport shuttle was available even for my late-night arrival and departure after midnight. The room itself is beautiful and bright with modern wood tones and has a fully equipped kitchenette. The top-floor terrace breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold items. Their laundry service is very reasonably priced since they charge by the bucket rather than per piece.

    Great place, but the staff...

    Property excellent, clean, all ok. Breakfast ok, do not expect 5star resort, cost/income ratio great. Free transport to the airport. Just please, if you are willing to go the beach in Koror, pick the nearer one, not the one near the bridge as advised in the reception.

    I bought the postcards and stamps and asked the guy in the reception to mail them as it was Saturday and the post office was closed. He was willing to do it. I paid for the stamps and postcards, it was not cheap, not even one of the postcards has been delevered so far (it has been almost a month). Do not trust the guys in the reception, I am very disappointed.
