  Top Aussicht, sehr nah am Meer - gute Ausstattung der Küche!

  Die Aussicht war top, die Nähe zum Meer :), die Anlage war gepflegt und die Möglichkeit zur Nutzung verschiedener Pools, Küchenausstattung war gut, hatte alles was man benötigte

  Ausstattung auf dem Balkon war leider enttäuschend, Frottierwäsche nur 1 pro Person für eine ganze Woche, leider war die Bettwäsche schmutzig, eigentlich keine Parkplätze vorhanden obwohl nur mit Auto oder Taxi erreichbar, Ferienwohnung schwierig zu finden wenn man ausserhalb Rezeptionszeiten ankommt. - Leider war ein Nachbar via a vis unserer Wohnung stets unbekleidet auf dem Balkon unterwegs

  Disappointing Accommodation and Unacceptable Customer Service

  The condition of the accommodation was significantly worse than what could reasonably be expected from the photos shown in the Booking.com listing. The apartment was dirty, there were footprints and marks on the walls, and it was clear that the cleaning had not been carried out properly. There was a substantial difference between the advertised accommodation and the reality. The property has not been renovated or properly maintained for years. I reported these problems on the day of arrival and provided photographs and videos as evidence. The property owner did not cooperate, and despite contacting Booking.com repeatedly, I received no adequate solution. Do not expect Booking.com to help you if something goes wrong! We were unable to reach them by telephone when we needed assistance, and when we did contact customer service, they failed to properly represent our interests. Instead of finding a reasonable solution, they repeatedly referred us back to the property owner, even though the owner was not responding to our messages. Despite receiving photographs and videos documenting the problems, Booking.com failed to provide meaningful assistance. I do not recommend this accommodation to anyone who expects a clean apartment that matches the advertised description and proper support if something goes wrong. I strongly advise future guests not to rely solely on the listing photos and not to assume that Booking.com will step in and help when serious problems arise. I am sharing my experience to warn other travellers so that they can make an informed decision before booking and avoid going through the same disappointing experience. To this day, the property owner has still not communicated with me or responded to my refund request. On the day of check-in, when the problems with the accommodation became apparent, the owner was unable to offer us alternative accommodation. Since then, the owner has continued to ignore my requests for a refund.

  Skvělá lokalita, klid, výhled na moře a na divočáci Dobré místo na výlety, takový středobod Na Gibraltar, Ronda,Setenil, Nerja,Malàga, Benalmádena, moc jsme si to užili

  Na vaření pro 6 osob naprosto nevyhovující Nůž, který neuřízne ani citron, pouze dva hrnce a mala pánev, žadná naběračka, polévku, omáčku jsme museli nabírat hrníčkem atd. Rozkládací pohovka=probdělá noc Tento apartmán bych nenabízel pro 6 osob
