I had a really lovely stay here. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, peaceful and beautifully presented, and the owner was very friendly, welcoming and made me feel at home. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept really well. I especially loved the tranquil view from the room and the little patio area overlooking the countryside, such a peaceful setting to wake up to. The room had everything I needed, including a lovely modern bathroom, small kitchen area and free parking. The shower was amazing, with really good water pressure and flow, and the Wi-Fi connection was excellent, especially considering the peaceful countryside location. It felt cosy, private and relaxing throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Newbury and would happily recommend it to others. A little hidden gem!

Very comfortable, well-designed accommodation. A lovely outside space, good parking, quiet location and very welcoming and helpful host. Well stocked with tea, coffee and breakfast provisions.
